To quickly review, quote or bind your client's coverage, Bunker Hill needs the following information:

1. Bunker Hill Marina Application
 
2. Bunker Hill Marina Renewal Application   
   (if applicable)
3. ACORD Applications (Property, General Liability, Crime, Inland Marina, Umbrella)
4. Financial Statements (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
5. Gross Receipts for each of the past 5 years
6. Copy of Company Loss Reports (5 years, Company Generated, Currently Valued).
   Explanation of any loss over $10,000
7. Photos, Floor Plans, Square Footage Per Location and Website Address (if applicable)
