Loss Notice immediately to our claims department via email (email@example.com)
or fax (800-877-7750). Please include as much detail as possible, particularly the name & phone number of the insured (don't forget the area code!) and the name & phone number of a local contact at the property location. If there are any special handling requirements or requests, please be sure to include them as well.
We take our promise very seriously and will work with you and your insured every step of the way to ensure properly handling of EVERY claim, regardless of size or severity, because if it is yours, there are no small claims!
