Our Staff averages over 20 years experience and hold several Professional insurance designations, giving them a unique perspective into Claims Management. We closely monitor claims with our carriers and retail agents to ensure the client receives the best possible service after a loss.

BHUA offers an exceptional "Value Added" service to assist our agents by providing Claims Kits, Loss Control Manuals etc., to their insureds upon writing their policy. Our carriers provide specific claims paying authority to our claims department, allowing us to settle many claims immediately.

On larger or more complex losses, it is again the experience of our people, along with our outstanding relationships with our carriers, that allow them to become professional advocates on behalf of your insured.

To Report a Claim
Please forward a Complete ACORD Loss Notice immediately to our claims department via email (bunkerhillgmi@actec.net) or fax (800-877-7750). Please include as much detail as possible, particularly the name & phone number of the insured (don't forget the area code!) and the name & phone number of a local contact at the property location. If there are any special handling requirements or requests, please be sure to include them as well.

We take our promise very seriously and will work with you and your insured every step of the way to ensure properly handling of EVERY claim, regardless of size or severity, because if it is yours, there are no small claims!
